My Grandpa and Grandma Sellner

Gavin has two living sets of Grandparents. What a lucky kid. I never knew my Mom's parents, Estella and Conrad, although I know I would have loved them and wish I could have met them. I was very young when my Dad's parents Dorothy and Andrew passed away. I have pictures of them with me, but I can just barely remember my Grandma and can't really remember my Grandpa at all. I hope that Gavin's Grandparents can attend his wedding and maybe even hold his children. But I know that someday, Gavin's Grandparents will have to live on in his memory. I want Gavin to always know how much they adore him and love t ospend time with him. Gavin is extra lucky because his Grandparents all live nearby. The Jennings' live just up the road and the Sellner's live only about 40 miles away. He gets to spend one day with each set of Grandparents every week. He is forming very personal relationships with them already and we all treasure the special time they get to spend together. I will be posting pictures of Gavin with his Grandma and Grandpa Jennings next week. This week, I am sharing pictures of his Grandpa and Grandma Sellner snuggling our sweet baby Gavin. You can see how comfortable he is in their arms.

Ahhh so sweet!!!

I loved the name Estelle and almost used it instead of Amelia. I love using family names. I would have called her Stella. Alas, she is Millie now and its hard to picture her as anything else!

You remind me of how blessed I am to have such wonderful memories of Grandma and Grandpa Landsteiner. Your pictures of Gma and Gpa Sellner are precious! GB :)
